Is my payment information safe?
Your data is safe. We are using Stripe as a payment processor. As a leading online merchant services provider, Stripe has been certified with the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
What payment methods are available?
You can use SEPA direct debit, ACH direct debit and all major credit cards. With the SEPA direct debit mandate, you will receive an email from us where you need to authorize the mandate that allows us to deduct from your bank account.
How do I pay my invoice?
After successfully setting up your direct debit payment or credit card payment, you will be charged automatically once your invoice is due. Invoices will be sent to your billing contact.
How much will I be charged?
You will be charged according to the most recent signed Service Order Forms. For direct debit payments you will be informed 2 days in advance before your account is debited.
