Your data is safe. We are using Stripe as a payment processor. As a leading online merchant services provider, Stripe has been certified with the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

You can use SEPA direct debit, ACH direct debit and all major credit cards. With the SEPA direct debit mandate, you will receive an email from us where you need to authorize the mandate that allows us to deduct from your bank account.

Invoices will be sent to your billing contact at the beginning of a new month after your usage is calculated for the previous month. No pre-payment is needed. After successfully setting up your direct debit payment or credit card payment, you will be charged automatically once your invoice is due.

Whatsapp uses a conversation-based pricing model. Businesses are charged per conversation, which includes all messages delivered in a 24 hour session.

Pricing depends on who initiated the conversation and the user’s country code. Additionally, automated payments are charged a flat fee to help cover processing fees. 1.4% + €0.25 for European Economic Area cards and 2.9% + €0.25 for international cards.
