The ideal candidate is a self-directed, operational thinker with the motivation to go the extra mile & implement long-term visions.
- You will work closely with the founders & management to deeply understand requirements of the role we are looking for, the team, and how they fit into the organisation.
- You will collaborate with founders & managements to come up with strategies for building our pipelines, with a focus on diversity, and put those plans into action.
- You will identify and engage active and passive candidates using creative search techniques & actively manage our incoming pool of applicants.
- Identify opportunities for Spectrm to host events that showcase our employment brand, as well as events for Spectrm to attend throughout the recruiting year.
- You will screen applications and resumes, interview candidates, manage the first phase of the interview experience.
- You are confident, organised and quick.
- You have at least a Bachelor Degree.
- You have at least 2 years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
- You’re a self starter. You’ll ramp up quickly, take initiative, and be excited about owning and creating new projects and workflows.
